OWNERSHIP
Privately held corporation incorporated in Texas. Co-nexus began operations in 2002. Principal owners are all active participants in ongoing operations and include Brian Daily (VP Sales and Marketing), Chris Riggenbach (CTO), James Smith (VP Ops) and Robert Irvin (CEO). The company is internally funded with headquarters located in Houston, Texas. We have stayed in the same building and currently occupy over 7,000 square feet of office space.

HISTORY OF CO-NEXUS
The CXM recording application was first introduced to the market in 1999. At that time, CXM was known as “Total Recall” and was solely a call logging product. The Total Recall application and its development team were purchased by Expanets in 2000. Chris Riggenbach (owner of Co-nexus) is the original architect of the application and has been involved with the product since its inception.
In 2003, Co-nexus re-branded the application “CXM” and added quality monitoring functionality. Over the past several years the Co-nexus development team has perfected not only the QM components but also the back end PBX integrations.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
The Co-nexus Professional Services team offers a variety of implementation and support arrangements that can be customized to fit your needs including turn key installations. A summary of our Pro Service offerings is below.
warranty
Co-nexus includes a One Year Warranty on all of its system offerings. Our warranty is comprehensive and covers all Co-nexus provided hardware and software. Extended warranty options are available.
standard installation
Co-nexus Installation Services can provide a turn key installation from Project Management to End User Training. Our Standard installation is offered during our normal business hours which are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST. Typically, the Co-nexus installation technician will be onsite for three days. Two days will be spent installing the system and one day for training. Additional onsite time may be required depending on the size of the installation and the optional modules you elect to purchase.
after hours installation
If your organization requires an implementation done outside our normal business hours we can accommodate your request. Co-nexus Installation Services can provide implementation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
