The CXM® Recording Quality Monitoring application from by Co-nexus, Inc is an advanced, web-based call recording and quality monitoring solution that effectively records telephone conversations for organizations utilizing the Inter-Tel Axxess and Inter-Tel 5000 communication platforms.

The CXM application supports a variety of recording configurations including traditional digital recording as well as state of the art VoIP recording. CXM is a scalable solution that can be cost effectively installed on Inter-Tel 5000 platforms including both the Inter-Tel CS 5200 and the Inter-Tel CS 5400. CXM VoIP recording solutions support multiple IP standards including both G.711 and G.729.
