Co-nexus is looking for an experienced installation technician.
You will be installing CXM Recording and Quality Monitoring solutions for our customers. This job will require extensive travel and you will get to see many exciting placed across the US, Canada, The Caribbean and in Europe.
Required Skills:
Proficient in troubleshooting PC / Server hardware and software issues
Proficient in the use and configuration of Windows 2000 / 2003 server
Solid networking skills including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and routing
Good customer communication skills a must
Good organization skills to manage and prioritize projects
Fluent in English
Previous experience installing call center applications, particularly recording and quality monitoring software is a plus.
