co-nexus receives a global connect innovation award at nortel innua 2008 june 4, 2008 dallas, texas

The Co-nexus CXM4myFEEDBACK module was recognized by the Nortel INNUA as recipient of the Global Connect Innovation Award at this years Nortel International Users conference held in Dallas, Texas. CXM4myFEEDBACK is a customer satisfaction survey module. Callers are presented with a series of pre-recorded questions enabling them to provide feedback on their level of satisfaction with their call center experience. When installed with other CXM Recording and Quality Monitoring modules, connects the survey results with the preceding recorded call, the agent the handled the call along with any associated supervisor evaluations. The CXM Survey module incorporates a powerful speech recognition engine enabling callers to provide voice responses to the survey questions.
