The Co-nexus CXM4myFEEDBACK module was recognized by the Nortel INNUA as recipient of the Global Connect Innovation Award at this years Nortel International Users conference held in Dallas, Texas. CXM4myFEEDBACK is a customer satisfaction survey module. Callers are presented with a series of pre-recorded questions enabling them to provide feedback on their level of satisfaction with their call center experience.
