Co-nexus and Vistacom Announce Distribution Agreement

Houston, Texas - December 14, 2004: Co-nexus Inc. is pleased to announce that a distribution agreement has been formalized with VistaCom. VistaCom is now an authorized dealer of the Co-nexus CXM® product line and will begin marketing the CXM® product through its sales network.

VistaCom maintains its corporate headquarters in Waco, Texas and services customers across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas. VistaCom is a recognized leader in providing sales and services for logging and recording needs serving both the public and private sector. Co-nexus, based in Houston, Texas, develops and manufactures recording software capturing the complete customer-agent interaction from cradle to grave. The Co-nexus CXM® product suite includes tools to evaluate agent performance, capture agent PC activity and generate customer satisfaction campaigns.
