Iontas announced it has signed a reseller agreement with Co-nexus, a leading provider of communication platforms and customer experience management software based in Houston, Texas. Under the terms of the agreement, Co-nexus will market both Focus and AppAlert solutions from Iontas to new opportunities and to its existing customer base. The Focus product set allows organizations to analyze and manage how software applications are used to implement business processes. This analysis and management quickly increases both the efficiency and quality of these processes. AppAlert provides the ability to collect, analyze and take actions based on key performance indicators that are entered into or used by software applications without having to integrate to back end databases.
