Searching for Recorded Calls Has Never Been Easier!

Houston, Texas, February 7, 2008: -CXM AppALERT – This add on component allows you to automatically add additional data to the recorded call record as a searchable field. With AppAlert locating a particular recorded call is now easier than ever. AppAlert is a unique application as it essentially integrates your CXM system with other applications without the necessity of any software development resources. AppAlert can gather data from virtually any client application without any custom development.

WHO SHOULD CONSIDER ADDING AppALERT?
CXM customers that are searching for a particular recorded call. If you are using your CXM Recording solution for compliance, liability, dispute resolution or verification purposes you may want to consider adding CXM AppAlert capability to the system. AppAlert will reduce the amount of time that you spend searching for a particular recording.

WHAT DOES AppALERT DO?
The AppAlert application automatically grabs data from predefined fields within the agents PC screen and sends that data to the CXM server. The additional data is added to the recorded call event record as another searchable field. Upon installation, up to four PC fields can be identified to grab data from. During the course of the recorded call, data entered or viewed within these four fields is captured and stamped on the recorded call. With AppAlert you can go to the CXM Advanced Search page to filter recordings by all the call detail data plus the additional AppAlert search fields.

With AppAlert you can add important data like the callers unique account number to the recorded call record. Now you easily locate all of the recorded calls associated with that particular account.

Examples of other data that could be added includes: Order number; Call disposition; Amount of sale; Tracking number; Invoice number; etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Customers using CXM 4.0 or higher are eligible to implement the AppAlert package.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO ADD AppALERT?
Depends on the number of agent PCs where AppAlert will be used to capture additional data. Your CXM representative will be able to give you a quote on the cost to add AppAlert to CXM system.
