Houston, TX, August 21, 2008: -Co-nexus, Inc. announces that CCC Technologies, Inc. has become an
authorized distributor of the Co-nexus product line of recording and quality monitoring solutions. Under
the terms of the dealership agreement CCC will be promoting and implementing the entire line of CXM
modules to its customers and prospects across the US.
The Co-nexus’ CXM Recording and Quality Monitoring application is utilized by organizations to
automatically record agent-customer interactions. Call recording has become an important component of
many businesses technology infrastructure to verify compliance with government regulations and industry
