co-nexus professional services overview
The Co-nexus Professional Services team offers a variety of implementation and support arrangements that can be customized to fit your needs including turn key installations. A summary of our Pro Service offerings is below.
warranty
Co-nexus includes a One Year Warranty on all of its system offerings. Our warranty is comprehensive and covers all Co-nexus provided hardware and software. Extended warranty options are available.
standard installation
Co-nexus Installation Services can provide a turn key installation from Project Management to End User Training. Our Standard installation is offered during our normal business hours which are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST. Typically, the Co-nexus installation technician will be onsite for three days. Two days will be spent installing the system and one day for training. Additional onsite time may be required depending on the size of the installation and the optional modules you elect to purchase.
after hours installation
If your organization requires an implementation done outside our normal business hours we can accommodate your request. Co-nexus Installation Services can provide implementation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
technical support
The Co-nexus Technical Support team is available to assist you with any issues that may occur. The Co-nexus Technical Support team is available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST. Alternatively, you can elect to upgrade from Standard Support to Enhanced Support and you will receive Technical Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
